Wealth Dynamics In June 2005 I attended Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics Workshop which was a truly amazing experience. I have never learnt so much in such a short space of time - and had so much FUN! The best investment of two days I have ever made.
According to the Wealth Profiling system I am a LORD profile, with a strong secondary as a MECHANIC & ACCUMULATOR.
Being a LORD means I am obsessed with Cash. You can tell this by the fact that I just hate spending money.
Being a LORD does have its advantages however. I am deeply analytical and actually get a kick of developing highly complex Excel spreadsheets. You know the kind with pivot tables, graphs, look-ups and loads of complex formulas.
We can look at someone’s business idea and spot how and where money flows can be generated from it.
We especially get very excited about asset based income streams. This means we like to own something that generates cash where we don’t actually have to do anything to get it. The usual example of this is property rentals (or cars, trucks, ships etc.) however personally I also like to think of this in terms of businesses and systems too which brings me very neatly to my secondary profiles which areā¦

As a MECHANIC I build systems - very efficient and value generating systems. In fact I’ve been doing this for some years now in the context of the application development and web solutions. I helped many businesses to convert their business idea into e-business and generate real business benefit.
I would like to use my analytical skills to build sustaining systems which generate cash flow.
As a ACCUMULATOR I accumulate knowledge. Accumulators can accumulate something and have patience until it grows big. Warren buffet is believed to be accumulator. He does buy stocks and companies which appreciate over many years. So far I only accumulated lots of knowledge in many fields. It will convert into wealth one day.
